KOHO Chinese HotPot Kitchen

Chinese hotpot · Bengaluru

One pot.
Whole table.

Bengaluru's first communal Chinese hotpot kitchen. A broth simmers in the middle of the table, and everyone cooks their own — together, at their own pace.

First time?

Here's how hotpot works.

There's nothing to know before you arrive — but in case you're wondering what you're walking into, a meal goes like this.

  1. Choose your broth

One broth fills the pot. Can't agree? Split it down the middle and have two — a half & half pot is how most tables settle it.

  2. Load up the table

Thin-sliced meats, homemade meatballs, dumplings, tofu and paneer, farm greens, noodles. Order from your phone at the table — scan the code and tap.

  3. Cook it yourselves

Everything goes into the simmering pot in front of you. Thin slices take seconds, dumplings a few minutes. Nobody is rushing you.

  4. Keep it going

Broth running low? Hot water top-ups are on the house. Want the full flavour back? Ask for a refill of the broth itself.
